Requirements:
- 3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience in higher education technology or services, with a hunter mentality and a track record of generating net-new pipeline
- Existing relationships with registrar offices, student success leaders, or CIOs at business schools, liberal arts colleges, or four-year institutions
- Experience selling consultative, longer-cycle SaaS or technology solutions into higher ed, ideally to private universities or smaller enrollment institutions
- Demonstrated ability to carry and hit annual $1M quota independently
- Comfort operating in an early-stage, startup environment without structured oversight, established territories, or hand-holding
