Their primary responsibility will be to translate the academic and instructional vision of their company into a scalable, market-ready product. This person will oversee the entire product development lifecycle and will be instrumental in building and leading a high-performing product function for their young company.

5+ Product Management ideally with experience going through pre-seed funding stage
Proven product leadership experience in the K-12 educational space, particularly in developing literacy products
Ability to translate academic theories and complex educational strategies into practical product features
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a remote startup environment
Ability to travel 35-50%
