This role sits at the intersection of leadership and execution—designed for a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys staying close to deals while supporting a small, high-performing team. You’ll help shape sales motion and momentum during an important growth phase, bringing credibility, relationships, and energy to the table.
This opportunity is best suited for someone who is deeply connected in higher education, thrives in fast-moving environments, and values results over hierarchy.
You’ll need:
- 3–10 years of experience selling into higher education, with strong exposure to admissions, enrollment, or transfer teams
- A well-established network of decision-makers across colleges and universities
- Experience acting as a player-coach, contributing directly to revenue while supporting team performance
- Proven success driving new business through relationship-based, consultative sales
- Comfort engaging senior institutional leaders and advancing deals independently
