This role leads go-to-market strategy and revenue growth for a SaaS platform supporting higher education institutions, with full ownership of sales execution, forecasting, and team development. You’ll partner closely with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure institutional needs shape both strategy and outcomes. This position is ideal for a seasoned leader who thrives in high-growth environments and enjoys building scalable systems while staying close to the market.

You’ll need:

  • 10+ years of SaaS sales experience, including at least 5 years in senior sales leadership
  • Direct experience selling technology solutions into higher education institutions
  • Proven success leading teams to exceed multimillion-dollar ARR targets
  • Deep understanding of academic buying cycles, procurement, and RFP-driven sales
  • Strong forecasting, operational rigor, and experience scaling sales organizations
