A fast-growing edtech platform eliminating underemployment is building out its US higher education team from the ground up. This is a player-coach role focused on landing large, complex partnerships with colleges and universities nationally, with the autonomy to help shape the culture and direction of a new team. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial leader who thrives in open-ended environments, earns trust quickly at the executive level, and is energized by building something meaningful with the full backing of leadership.

If you have…

  • 7-8+ years of experience in higher education partnership sales or business development in the US market
  • 3-4+ years leading and developing a sales or partnerships team
  • Proven track record closing large, complex deals with senior university decision-makers
  • Ability to operate remotely as both a hands-on seller and a team leader
  • Willingness to travel nationally
