A fast-growing EdTech company is building its first physical learning centers across the US — and needs a driven operator to lead that expansion. You’ll own real estate, vendor management, and procurement end-to-end, with a long-term path into franchisee operations. This role is built for someone who thrives in high-ownership environments and finds energy in building from scratch.

You’ll need:

• 5+ years leading physical location expansion nationally, ideally in education, children’s enrichment, or retail
• Hands-on experience with real estate site selection, lease negotiation, vendor management, and procurement
• Familiarity with the operational workflows of standing up consumer-facing centers or storefronts
• Track record of opening multiple locations on schedule and within budget
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Located in Texas or the NJ/NY metro area preferred
