K12: Director of Demand Generation

We’re working with a mission-driven SaaS company scaling rapidly in the K-12 public education space. They’re looking for a Director of Demand Generation to own campaign strategy and execution across digital, ABX, and events. This is a high-impact role for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings strong cross-functional collaboration, and is ready to drive measurable results in a small but mighty marketing team.

You’ll need:

  • 6+ years of demand generation experience, ideally in an EdTech startup environment
  • Proven success running multi-channel B2B campaigns that deliver pipeline and MQLs
  • Deep expertise in ABX, digital advertising (LinkedIn, Google Ads), and content syndication
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce (or similar marketing automation + CRM platforms)
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills tied to revenue performance
