This is a player-coach role for a leader who can set strategy, mentor a team, and jump into deals. If you’re excited about building systems that last, developing talent, and driving growth in a mission-driven sector, this role could be the right fit.
You’ll need:
- 6+ years of sales leadership experience in SaaS, services, or EdTech
- Demonstrated success managing full-cycle B2B sales across multiple customer segments
- Ability to hire, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team
- Comfort bringing process, structure, and accountability to growing organizations
- Strength in consultative, executive-level sales and long-term client partnerships
