A rapidly scaling education company is seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Math Center Director in Frisco, TX to launch and manage its first U.S.-based offline learning centers. This role is ideal for a hands-on operator with experience in education, retail, or franchise management who is passionate about building community, driving enrollments, and making a lasting impact on learners and families.

Requirements:

• Prior experience launching and managing education offline centers or franchise operations.
• Proven track record in local partnerships, community engagement, and offline customer acquisition.
• Strong organizational and operational skills, with experience setting up center processes and leading cross-functional execution.
• Excellent communication and networking abilities, especially with parents, schools, and local stakeholders.
• Experience in recruiting and managing teaching staff or curriculum experts; comfort liaising with staffing agencies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive outcomes.
• Willingness to travel across U.S. locations for events, community outreach, and center support.
