Join a growing education technology organization building a specialized sales motion to support district-level innovation across K-12. This role leads a team of senior specialist sellers focused on high-impact, enterprise solutions, combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution. You’ll work cross-functionally to scale a new business unit, drive consistent performance, and bring clarity and momentum to a complex market. This opportunity is well suited for a proven sales leader who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to elevate experienced sellers.

You’ll need:

  • 8+ years of experience selling enterprise solutions into K–12 school districts
  • Prior experience leading and scaling specialist or overlay sales teams
  • Proven success managing and forecasting six-figure, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Deep understanding of district buying cycles, stakeholder dynamics, and funding considerations
  • Demonstrated ability to coach senior sellers and drive consistent quota attainment
