Things have changed on the work front since March of 2020. They had to. As we return to a more “normal” state, which of those changes are here to stay? What’s going by the wayside? Our founder, Mark Phillips, shares his thoughts.

I said, “It's dark and a bit cramped!”I interviewed an out-of-work contortionist the other day. He’s struggling to make ends meet.At a job interview I filled my glass of water until it overflowed a little. “Nervous?” asked the interviewer. “No. I always give 110%.”
